Clients reviews about Mac Repair Center

Outstanding Service & Total Transparency I was facing a keyboard short issue where my MacBook's Shift key was constantly showing as pressed. I visited multiple repair shops across Mumbai, and they all quoted ridiculous prices and demanded I leave my laptop with them for a couple of days. Then I found Shrey. Unlike everyone else, Shrey offered to repair my MacBook right in front of my eyes! He used a 100% original part and even took the time to show me the exact differences between an original and a duplicate component. Shrey and his teammate, Naman, are absolutely amazing. While other shops lack transparency, Shrey won my complete trust with his honesty and skill. If you want genuine repairs done right in front of you, this is the only place to go. Highly, highly recommended ~ POL

Best Mac Repair in Mumbai!* I met a wonderful person here — Shrey He is very humble, down to earth, and has full knowledge of all Apple products. What I loved most is how *transparent* they are with their work. Whatever repair they do, they do it *right in front of the customer*. No hidden charges, no delays. My MacBook was completely dead for a month. I had taken it to two other MacBook repair centers in Mumbai. Both just delayed it and couldn’t even find the fault. At Mac Repair Center, Shrey brother repaired my MacBook in front of me within 30 minutes*. And the pricing was much lesser than other places too. Truly a *gem of a person*. God bless him! If you want honest, fast, and affordable MacBook repair in Mumbai, this is the place to go. Highly recommended! 👍🏻 ~ V B

I had an excellent experience at Mac Repair Center, Raghuleela Mall. My MacBook Pro had multiple issues, especially with the keyboard and sound. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to finding the exact cause of the problem instead of suggesting unnecessary replacements. He thoroughly diagnosed my laptop, identified the root cause, and successfully restored the sound. He also ensured that every function was working perfectly before handing the laptop back. The entire process was transparent, professional, and handled with great care. I truly appreciate the team's technical expertise, honesty, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Mac Repair Center to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy MacBook repairs. Thank you for the outstanding service! ~ Savita S

Great experience, I am from Indore and my mac stopped working and I took it to apple and they told me they’d have to replace the motherboard entirely and then I tried to get it repaired in Indore but no one was confident enough, then I can to know about Mac repair Centre in Mumbai, contacted them and they explained me everything that what is the issue and how it can be fixed and I trusted them and came to Mumbai and they paid on that trust. They repaired my Mac and it was great experience overall ~ Anish L

The only person I have blindly trusted with touching my device, like the first time I've let someone open it was @macrepaircenter And my gut instinct was 100 percent right, travelled from Chembur West to kandivali West ie Raghuleela for this and I wasn't disappointed The most genuine and patient technician I've come across and also the one who explained me everything without getting offended for me being so anxious about my baby and asking questions So please do yourself a favour and save this for the future Thank you and GBU sir ~ Priyamvada M

I had an excellent experience with this repair shop. After visiting an authorized Apple service center, I was informed that the logic board needed replacement at an estimated cost of around ₹46,000. I decided to seek a second opinion here, and the technician quickly diagnosed the actual issue and repaired my MacBook successfully for just ₹3,000. The repair was completed professionally, my MacBook is working perfectly, and the team was transparent throughout the process. They explained the issue clearly instead of recommending an unnecessary expensive replacement. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and cost-effective MacBook repairs. Thank you for the excellent service and for saving me a significant amount of money. Sharma Ji, thank you so much for your exceptional help and honesty. God bless you always. Apple should hire technicians like you. Your expertise, professionalism, and ability to identify the real issue saved me from an unnecessary and expensive repair. I’m truly grateful for your outstanding service. ~ Gagan C

Macrepair is the best apple repair encounter I have had in India. Shrey the owner and also the technician is very knowledgeable and skilled at his job. I got my macbook display replaced which he did efficiently, charged me a fair amount and explained everything in detail so I had no doubt. He also serviced my mac and made a few small repairs alongside without charging any extra money. He picked it up and delivered it back to my home on time. I will recommend him with closed eyes. ~ Kapil S

Shrey is an absolute rockstar. My 2017 mac’s display was damaged. Every other place in the entire city I was checked was offering only market copy replacements at an exorbitant cost. Shrey came up with a hack of replacing just one component whilst keeping the case and everything else intact. That got the cost down drastically. On top of that the Macbook was picked up and delivered within 2 days. Extremely humble and down to earth guy. I will highly recommend him to everyone with Apple products. ~ Suyash V
